Let's have a look at the ShredStar X18, a level three cross-cut paper shredder by HSM. Turn it on with the power switch on the right and let's watch it in action step-by-step. The X18 can shred CDs, DVDs, papers, cardstock, paperclips, staples, cards, credit cards, and laminated materials. Use the CD slot to shred CDs and DVDs, the shreds will go into a different compartment for separation of recycling. You remove this container by pushing down and lifting up. Though rare, should you have a paper jam, simply hit the power switch on the right side the opposite direction to turn the motors in reverse and you can remove your project. Shreds fall into the waste bin that's accessed from the front of the machine. And you have a level three security shred. Place the X18 anywhere you need with the casters on the bottom. And that's the ShredStar X18 by HSM.
